- **Role Summary**_

To administer and run the aircraft Part 145 stores & its systems, administer tooling and procurement procedures, ensuring that these procedures are adhered to. The role will primarily involve the day to day running and administering of the stores and its processes. The role will also involve the procurement of consumables, booking in parts, equipment & consumables raising local goods received serial numbers for goods received, and logging them into the relevant database together with controlling inventories, plus performing other related tasks as directed by the maintenance manager.

A highly driven individual is required who can adapt and be positive when working to tight deadlines and communicating with multiple outside agencies and providers. Must have a professional approach to identify solutions to problems, provide solutions and communicate effectively with other team members/customers and service providers. A technical background is desirable but, on the job, and continuation training can be provided.
- **Main responsibilities**_
- Researching and procuring aircraft spares & consumables.
- Raising purchase requisitions.
- Receiving goods in and allocating goods received serial numbers.
- Inventory control.
- Administering tooling inventories.
- Control of calibrated equipment.
- Updating data bases.
- Assisting in the receipt & dispatch of customer equipment.
- Hosting and escorting customers during inspections of their assets.
- To assist in the development of existing systems and practices.

The role has the potential to expand into task planning and documentation control together with processing task completion information to assist in invoicing.

**Salary**: £28,452.00 per year
