- **Role Summary**_

Customers are key to ecube’s success. Ecube aims to deliver 80% of its business from a number of Key Accounts within the next 5 years. The remaining 20% (Tier 3 Accounts) will remain critical to delivery of business objectives, not only in terms of volume but also their development into Tier 1 and 2 Accounts.

By the nature of the aviation industry and the services we provide to support our customers, every project has it’s unique challenges. Collectively as a commercial and operational team we work together to provide the solutions our customers need. The sales process is the link between customer need and ecube’s solution, the sales executive plays a key role in administering the sales process to support both the business and customer requirements.
- **Main responsibilities**_

**You will be responsible for providing tactical sales support to sales and account management functions**:

- Administrating proposals and contracts for Tiers 1, 2 and 3 customers
- Owning the commercial filing system in MS Office for all customer proposal/contracts/agreements
- Invoice management: -contract vs post-contract billing and invoicing to ensure all additional services have been captured, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with airport authorities to support aircraft arrival logistics
- Support aircraft arrival crews with hotels or transportation on landing
- Maintain and update sales and customer records within CRM
- Administrating sales pipeline in CRM system
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor sales performance and report any deviations

Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- **To be excellent in this role you will have/be**:_
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Honest, respectful with high level of integrity

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
