**The Role**:
We are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our team four days a week. You will work alongside another administrator in providing essential support to our team of financial planners. It is an important role within our small business, and is perfect for someone who excels in multitasking, values teamwork, and is dedicated to supporting a thriving work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Scheduling and organising meetings**:

- **Annual Review Pack Preparation**: You'll be responsible for gathering and organising the necessary documents and information to create review packs for our client’s review meetings.
- **Instructing fund switches, sales and purchases**:

- **Letters of Authority**: Your role involves preparing, sending, and following up on Letters of Authority.
- **Provider Contact**: You'll communicate regularly with providers to request information, resolve queries, etc.

**What we are looking for**:

- One year experience in an administrative role (previous experience in a financial planning firm is a plus but not essential)
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Strong communicator
- A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail

**Schedule**:
Part time - 4 days a week (28 hours per week), we may be open to 3 days per week

Tuesday to Friday

9am to 5pm

In office

**What we offer**:
£22,400 salary per year (based on 28 hours per week)

28 days holiday (based on a 4-day work week)

Company Pension - 8% employer contribution

Performance Bonus

Possibility of working one day a week from home
