I am currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator on behalf of my client who are one of Europe’s largest specialists within their field. As a key part of a three-year business strategy, my client has established a new Learning & Development(L&D) function to ensure their staff and Partners have access to the very best learning and development offerings that meet the current priorities and future needs of the business. Their L&D team at has grown significantly since inception and this new rolewill provide support to the L&D Manager, L&D Specialist and L&D Digital Co-ordinator to ensure the team meets its goals.

**Job Title:

- Learning & Development Administrator**

**Location:

Leeds**

**Hours:

- 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday**

**Salary:

- Up to £24,000**

Main Responsibilities
- Facilitation of online training sessions
- Preparation of in-person training sessions
- Supporting the L&D team in the delivery of their goals
- Ensure all training records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Administration of the L&D inbox and provide timely response to L&D enquiries.
- Some experience within an L&D administration role would be preferable
- Alternatively you may be looking to focus your career into L&D from a generalist role
- Personable individual who can build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong multi-tasker who can operate across a diverse workload
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident Excel user
