Following significant success, they are looking to add to their Finance practice in their London HQ to support their UK and Europe businesses. Their thriving Finance team are true market specialists with deep expertise across the breadth of general and specialist finance disciplines housed under a traditional CFO function. They focus on senior level accounting professionals and have existing clients and roles for you to work with from day one.
You will need to:
- Build a robust business plan to underpin the growth of your desk and manage time effectively to execute / deliver planned results
- Execute successful headhunting and search mandates for technical/ industry experts and business leaders
- Provide impeccable levels of services and add significant value through advice and counsel
- Implement a consistent and mature PR/marketing strategy to utilise all media channels and increase personal brand
- Regularly produce high quality written sales material and market insight
- Utilise lead generation effectively
- Collaborate closely with peer group internally across businesses and teams to ensure cross-selling of opportunity and sharing of opportunity/insight/networks
- Experience Extensive experience working in a full 360 capacity with a track record of winning new business and successful cross selling
- Track record in autonomously achieving a high level of operational performance
- Comfortability with pitching to C-suite level clients
You can expect to join an established desk with a strong presence in the European Fintech and broader Tech markets. The team have multiple loyal clients so there will be requirements to service immediately upon joining; whilst also having the independence to push into new clients as they continue to increase their market share within the Technology marketplace. The Future Tech team focus on the London Market and their goal is to replicate the Yorkshire model and success within London. Future Tech is a team where trainee’s can develop their skills whilst working alongside, and learning from, experienced tech Recruiters.
**The role**
There is excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of different sub-sectors within the tech industry alongside gaining experience working complex roles for high-profile clients. You will work alongside internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from beginning to end.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents
- Use social media to create a personal brand
- Keep up to date with trends within the Tech industry
- Building relationships with existing and future clients
- Attending meeting with clients to explore potential opportunities
- Negotiating fees and terms of engagement
