What You'll Do
During your first year, you will:
Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
Develop professional CVs to present to clients.
Collaborate with our sales teams to increase placements.
Meet weekly performance goals and targets set with your manager.
Earn commission at every stage of your journey.
Support and Guidance
From the moment you join, you'll be supported by your team manager, our dedicated training staff, and a personal mentor. Learn from the best in the education recruitment field as you progress in your role.
Next Steps in Your Career
After your first year, you'll advance to a Sales Desk role and participate in additional training on:
