**The Opportunity**:
Lancaster University are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated individual to become their Head of Employee Relations. This role will be key to the development of the Employee Relations Strategy and have collective accountability for its delivery across the University as a whole. This role will also lead on Organisational restructuring projects and work closely with our HR Partnering team and trade Unions, with a particular focus on re-structures and consultations across the University.

In return the University provides a competitive annual salary, generous annual leave allowance of 25 days, plus 6 closure days (to be taken over Christmas and Easter) and Bank Holidays. The University offers membership of the Local Government (occupational) Pension Scheme, alongside a variety of other benefits such as car leasing, additional annual leave purchase, a cycle-to-work scheme, on-site pre-school centre and sports centre.
