Are you registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or be due to qualify with such registration?

Our community nursing teams assess, plan and deliver community nursing care to patients in their own homes. Due to the nature of community working, ability to travel across the patch to provide care to patients is essential.
- Following established treatment plans to deliver care to patients in their own homes.
- Competence and proficiencies in a wealth of clinical skills such as medication administration, wound care and bowel and bladder care.
- Support with the delivery and reassessment of patient care.

Community services are admitting patients with a more complex acuity than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff. This is an exciting time to join our team. For the right applicant, training and development can be provided to meet the individualised needs of our patients in the community.

The successful applicants need to have commitment to providing holistic care to patients in their own homes, be able to work on their own initiative and work well within a team.
