**The Opportunity**

Early Careers talent is the future of our business and our apprentice, intern and graduate intakes are of great importance to us. Our EC Welcome Experience plays a pivotal role in integrating our new population, setting them up for success as they begin their career. As a result, an opportunity has emerged for an Early Carers Coordinator to join us on a fixed term basis to provide much needed support and coordination to the Welcome Experience.

The main focus of the role is to lead the administration of Early Careers Welcome programme across 5 projects/workstreams, ensuring that we have effective and efficient administration processes to support the delivery of the Programme and provide admin support to the Design Leader and Workstream leads.

Our Early Careers Coordinator will take ownership of the administration and coordination for the annual Early Careers Welcome Experience and support the project delivery team in line with project requirements - this will include a wide range of tasks, for example communicating with senior stakeholders to facilitate their support of the project, through to managing data and spreadsheets

**Is this role right for you?**

We are looking for people who:

- Are passionate about providing a first-class administration service.
- You’ll be comfortable in working to tight project timescales, changing priorities and a degree of ambiguity from time to time.
- Display a professional and approachable manner and believe in going the extra mile to provide the best possible service.
- Experience of using project management methodology to deliver projects
- Experience in a large or complex organisation

In addition to having the chance to have a real impact on Arup’s continued success, the selected applicant will be joining a diverse bunch of incredibly talented individuals who are each on a unique career development journey. We believe an inclusive working environment is a great place to evolve, and this is core to Arup as a business.

**Rewards and Benefits**

We care about you and want you to perform at your best, which is why we offer one of the most competitive benefits packages in our sector.

As a member organisation, everyone shares in our success through a global profit share scheme (payments are dependent on the firm’s financial performance).
We also provide Private medical insurance, Life assurance, Accident insurance and Income protection cover. In addition, you’ll have access to flexible benefits to help you look after all aspects of your wellbeing and give you the freedom and flexibility to find the best solutions for you, your family, and your individual needs.

**Different people, shared values.**

At Arup, we believe when talented people collaborate, great things are possible. Arup hires people with proven skills and open minds. We are taking deliberate action to create an inclusive culture that is grounded in our purpose to shape a better world.

At Arup, we appreciate that everyone’s circumstances are different and having the freedom to flex the way we work is essential to our wellbeing. If flexibility matters to you let us know when you apply, and we will discuss how this could work in your role.
