**What we are looking for?**
Role Purpose:
- To work as part of the Finance team providing administrative and accounts support to the department and supporting with queries as appropriate
- This is a 37.5 hour role Monday - Friday with flexible working hours if needed.
Main Duties:
- Purchase invoice checking and acceptance
- Customer and partner disputes
- Raising customer invoices
- Answering calls
- Working across various IT systems and customer portals
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate for the role of a Finance Administration Clerk
Key Competencies and Skills:
- High work ethic
- Work well within a team and a team player
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- A working knowledge of MS Office skills
Education and Experience:
- Previous Office and/or Freight Experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
- GCSE, Maths, English or equivalent
**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
