Receptionist

**Responsible for**:
Providing assistance, help and guidance to members and visitors.
Operation of all procedures on reception including dealing with telephone enquiries and memberships.
**Main duties, including the following but not limited to**:
Providing high quality customer service at all times
Face to face dealings with members and visitors for bookings, enquiries, complaints, membership administration, security issues and all other matters
Telephone call handling
Maintaining Health & Safety procedures.
To deal with emergencies in line with the Emergency action plan, by being a trained first aider.
Reporting all issues to the Duty Manager where appropriate
To maintain health & safety in line with company policy and report any potential issues.
All other duties as and when required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.80 per hour
