**Internal Customer Admin **Salary £24,000 + Bonus + Unrivalled Benefits

We are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful company based in **Tadworth** and play an extremely important support role for the business which is within their **Internal Customer Support** team. Maybe you have been working within another position incorporating customer service and accurate administration, if so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to put both elements together and work for a world leading company.

**The Role**:

- Maintain and administer the point-of-sale system and the contract management system, including setting up and termination of user accounts.
- Tracking bonus rates on the system monthly including all head office calculations where necessary.
- Administer and action direct debit rejections.
- Administer stock audit reports and then action.
- Assisting with pay outs to new business.
- Assist with finance quotations for the internal sales network.

**The Person**:

- Strong Customer Service experience within any industry (preferably financial services).
- High attention to detail.
- Numerate.
- Task focused.
- PC Literate - Excel and Microsoft Word essential.
- Accurate and able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Admin experience within a very fast paced processing environment.
