**About Team**: The Digital Directorate delivers cross-cutting digital com-ponents and services which support delivery across CDP. This aims to achieve a shared vision of a modern, digital and collaborative organisation.

**Reporting To**: Head of Product Owners

**Purpose of Role**:
The Product Owner - Disclosure (Admin Portal) will be re-sponsible for owning the road mapping and delivery of our authoring and questionnaire management, as well as our operational administration tools, for our Disclosure system. This role and their team will work closely with software engi-neers, QAs, designers, as well as with a wide group of stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, build a roadmap for Disclosure (Admin Portal), and work within squads to deliver.

**Accountabilities**:

- Own the roadmap, design, delivery, and lifecycle of Disclosure (Admin Portal) products and features by using best practice Product methodologies (e.g. Agile) to deliver scalable, customer centric, efficient features and tools.
- Direct reports and main stakeholders (internal and external)
- Build effective relationships with the ELT, SMT and partners, to build effective relationships, represent the function, and to provide expert advice and guidance on sensitive and highly complex issues.
- Lead, manage and upskill a team of Product/Domain Own-ers. Understand challenges with their stakeholders to pro-actively resolve any bottlenecks.
- Ability to deal with confidential, challenging and highly sensi-tive issues / situations, which involve significant negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills. Manage relationships with customers / delivery partners / contractors.
- Deal with people at all levels confidently, sensitively and dip-lomatically. Interaction with others and the ability to suc-cessfully influence, negotiate and motivate are fundamental to the role. The ability to set and create the right working climate is critical to the success of the role.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify requirements. Lead partnership working with internal and external services / or-ganisations. Chair internal / external working groups. Influence their decisions.

**Budget Responsibilities**:

- Input into own Product budget, plus management of own team budget.

**Examples of tasks/activities associated with the Role**:

- Collaborate with users, across the organisation to analyse their business needs, identify pain points, and develop a Disclosure (Admin Portal) roadmap aligned with internal goals and objectives.
- Prioritising conflicting business needs and planning work increments accordingly
- Understanding complex business needs and their impact across multiple functions
- Working effectively with change management to roll out changes
- Manage the full lifecycle of Disclosure (Admin Portal) projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Work collaboratively between departments and technical teams, translating business requirements into well-understood technical specifications through to feature delivery.
- Drive adoption of the bespoke data product features among key stakeholders, by coordinating launch communication, conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and promoting its bene-fits.
- Oversee and manage the Data Product Owners and their touchpoints with their squads to ensure efficient and effective product delivery
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement of Disclosure (Admin Portal) processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different func-tions to ensure the Disclosure (Admin Portal) system aligns with internal processes and enhances overall efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product and Disclosure (Admin Portal) systems, particularly within data collection, survey methodologies and admin tools, and recommend innovative solutions to improve user experience and system efficiency.

Key skills/abilities and behaviours required for the Role:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a Product-led organisation, preferably with a focus on data collection, survey methodologies and admin tools.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring and up-skilling Product Owners
- Expertise in developing and implementing data collection, survey methodologies and admin tools solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with in-house employees from various functions, as well as technical teams.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage projects from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
