**Office Manager - London - Spanish Speaking**
A fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager fluent in Spanish to join an international multi-disciplinary design consultancy based in West London.
**Location: -**London
The office is based in London. We have embraced a hybrid of office/home working, though regular office hours are expected for much of this role.
**Salary: -£**40,000 to £45,000 Basic
**Working Week:
- **Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
**Role**:
The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a dynamic Global multi-disciplinary consultancy that specialises in supporting major infrastructure projects across Railways and Highways, including Europe's largest project in HS2.
We're seeking an experienced, organised and self-motivated Office Manager for our busy London office. Reporting to the MD, the Office Manager will be key in keeping the team linked with each other and to other offices internationally. With several rolesbeing home-based and hybrid working, there is a real need for someone to sit centrally and coordinate diaries, track projects, and know where everyone is at any time.
It is a hands-on role with a broad scope and many plates to keep spinning. You will need to be able to quickly move from task-to-task, as in any one day you might be: - checking contracts, responding to customer enquiries, raising invoices, dealing with HRcontracts, resolving IT problems or producing reports for the Directors.
As a growing company, our client wants you to identify areas for improving efficiencies by suggesting and revising internal processes.

**Office Manager duties and tasks will include**:
- Diary management for directors - provide administrative support
- Minute-taking and key notes for leadership - provide administrative support
- HR - support for hiring contracts and documentation checks
- Supplier accreditations management, PQQ's (_Pre-Qualification-Questionnaires_) & Supplier Portals - updating records such as insurance, financial, safety, quality, environmental
- Basic Contract Administration
- Updating insurances - updating clients annually to avoid payment delays
- Manage purchase and maintenance of office equipment, facilities & services
- Manage software licences, billing and access
- Manage travel bookings
- Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
- Organise the company's systems, databases, and procedures and ensure they are fit for the purpose
- Maintain policies and ensure they are fit for purpose and changing business and client requirements
- Monitor stock levels of refreshments and replenish as necessary
**Prior experience and Qualifications**:
- Prior Office Management Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written

- Excellent Customer Care Skills
- Ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality
