Leading, professional an expanding Medical Recruitment Company based in Waterloo is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance & Office Manager to join their friendly team.

The company pride themselves on providing first-class solutions to hospitals, Supplying qualified Biomedical Scientists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Radiographers, Speech and Language Therapists, as well as Nurses of all specialities.

They are now looking for a focused, energetic, customer-centric and reliable Compliance Manager with experience in Healthcare Compliance to assist in the smooth running of the business.

The role will be split between compliance and office management duties

**Duties**:

- Ensure the company maintains the highest levels of compliance at all times
- Ensure annual compliance renewal checks are identified and updated promptly
- Manage office operations to ensure that the office is well stocked and organized, including maintaining equipment inventory, tidying up and ordering office supplies as needed
- Support the company on-boarding process and help maintain employee files
- Troubleshoot IT or telephony related problems in a timely fashion
- Provide administrative support
- Responsible for overseeing Health & Safety

About you:

- Experience in healthcare compliance is essential
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work using own initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
