An established London based international alw firm are looking for an E-billing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will include working closely with the billing manager and the billing team.

**The role includes**:

- Configuration and implementation while ensuring compliance with the e-billing policy and procedures
- Liaise with clients during new e-billing set-ups and throughout the posting to payment process
- Liaise with Partners and other fee earners to resolve queries and rejections
- Reconcile statements for e-billing clients and provide regular reports as to upload / approval status to the Financial Controller and Credit Control team
- Liaise with the Credit Control to ensure proper allocation of received funds from e-billing clients
- Liaise with the office billing teams to ensure compliance with e-billing requirements, providing support to the billers in terms of on-going e-billing requirements
- Ensure that e-billing complies with client requirements by appropriate liaison with fee earners and billers
- Upload invoices for e-billing clients using all platforms
- Maintain a repository of client e-billing requirements, systems details, passwords etc
- Moderate experience of working in a similar e-billing role within a professional services firm
- Pro-active approach to problem solving

- Willingness to take responsibility and show initiative
- Ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft; Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good organisational skills
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in e-billing using Collaborati, Legal Tracker, ONIT, Passport and others
- Understanding a Ledes file
- Aderant Financial Software experience is desirable
