Billing Coordinator

A Large Law firm are recruiting for a Billing Coordinator to join its busy Legal Finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Billing Manager the position requires working closely with the Billing team.

**The Main Duties**:

- Carry Out client Billing and collection activities for assigned clients.
- Handle billing and client requests
- Maintain communication to timekeepers in changes to client policies.
- Write-offs
- Generate billing variance reports and write-offs reports
- Investigate the level at which entries should be billed
- Prepare electronic invoices
- Maintain tracking of bills submitted
- Pro-actively follow-up with billing manager
- Monitor ages of unbilled fees
- Review Proformas for misallocated time
- 3 to 5 years Billing experience within a Law firm.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Adaptable work attitude
- Working knowledge of word and excel
- Understanding of Elite3E
- Flexible timetable
