We are now looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis across five days from Monday to Friday.

So, who are we looking for?

A highly organised individual with proficiency in IT and the ability to grasp MS packages as well as a range of internal systems.
Thriving in a fast-paced and fluid environment, you’ll be able to remain flexible as our business and customer needs change.
You’ll have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar to enable you to build rapport with our clients.

And what will you be doing?

As a Lettings Co-ordinator, you will support our success by delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.
Handling a range of first-line queries, you will escalate any problems, queries or complex issues to senior members of the team, whilst support the delivery of KPIs and team targets.
