Business Development Manager

Full time - Permanent - Remote

Salary from £32,000 plus OTE

As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new starts in line with agreed targets and managing accounts you have won within organisations who will benefit from the high-quality apprenticeship solutions we haveto offer. You will be experienced in researching target Company's values, beliefs, and strategies to tailor your approach and presentations to them. As an excellent communicator, you'll be able to nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, positioningParagon Skills as their preferred partner.

**What will you be doing?**
- Work consultatively with prospective clients, creating world-class apprenticeship delivery models to suit their needs sharing ideas and giving valuable and practical advice at SME owner / manager level
- Provide invaluable advice and guidance relating to all aspects of the Apprenticeship levy, where required, ensuring clients are fully supported and informed throughout every step of the journey, from design to delivery
- Exceed new Apprenticeship targets whilst ensuring all eligibility is met via a combination of new business and account management

**What we need from you**:

- Strong experience within apprenticeship sales, in particular health and social care and childcare/ education
- Successful track record of meeting targets
- Experience in managing accounts in a consultative yet influential way
- Experience of presenting to and working with decision makers both face to face and remotely in informal and formal environments
- A strong commercial background
