£21,725.44 per annum + Company Benefits

38.33 hours per week, Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 17:00 pm)

Accruing 22 - 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Sick pay eligibility after 12-month qualifying period | Life Assurance 2 x salary

**Grantham Crematorium was built in 1966 and was dedicated by the Lord Bishop of Lincoln, the Right Reverend Kenneth Riches. The crematorium was refurbished in 1997 and additional seating was created in the chapel, which can accommodate larger funerals.**

Grantham Crematorium is looking for a compassionate, dedicated individual to join our team as a Memorial Consultant/ Administrator. **What Will I Be Doing as a Memorial Consultant/ Administrator?**

As a Memorial Consultant/ Administrator, you will ensure that all memorial enquiries and potential memorial requirements are handled to the highest standards of professionalism. You will be at the core of our business and the service we deliver within the community.

Other duties will include:

- Answer the telephone, dealing with memorial and Funeral Director’s enquiries
- Meet with clients to discuss their memorial requirements always ensuring that the client is well advised, informed of all options and accurately advised of costs
- If required, accompany the client to visit the completed memorials on-site.
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to the processing of memorial agreements ensuring compliance with cemetery/crematorium regulations
- Communicate with the administration staff to ensure that they have the appropriate documentation and are aware of any further enquiries or orders
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the Clergy plus Cemetery and Crematorium staff

**What Do I Need?**
- A passion for customer service.
- Proactive approach and willingness to communicate effectively with a range of people, both in-person and remotely
- Ability to successfully multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Presentable at all times, acting with professional conduct and showing empathy.
- Attention to Detail **( Essential)**

**Advantageous**:

- Previous experience in the industry, though this is not required, as full training will be provided.
