Client Services Assistant

Overview:
As Client Services Assistant you will manage the day to day operations of the onsite staff café and client catering function.
**Responsibilities**:
This is a varied role requiring strong time management and organisation skills to ensure meeting rooms are set up with relevant refreshments for upcoming appointments. A proactive approach will be required to ensure a seamless service is provided to clients and colleagues using both the onsite café and meeting room facilities.
**What you'll be doing as a Client Services Assistant**:
- Manage the day to day running of the client floor kitchen and meeting rooms.
- Take delivery and organise the presentation of refreshments for client meeting rooms
- Clear board rooms of refreshments during and after meetings.
- Manage the day to day running of the Café.
- Provide and manage sales of food and drink items to staff, and process payments.
- Monitor stock levels and restock products, ensuring correct storage perishable food items.
- Ensure the daily cleanliness of the café and kitchen areas.
Qualifications:
**What we are looking for**:
- A proactive approach to work with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a customer facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
