In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional client service by effectively handling a variety of client requests. Your expertise will be crucial in case management for bereavement and powers of attorney cases, SIPP servicing, and account closures. You will have a strong client-centric mindset and approach whilst ensuring all activities adhere to Service Level Agreements and maintain high standards of attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.
    • Handle client requests related to bereavement, powers of attorney, SIPP servicing, and closures in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Prepare and process necessary documentation for various client requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
        • Analyse and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members or departments when necessary.
          • Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality.
            • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.
              • Be receptive to change and embrace a willingness to implement and embed new processes and technology.

              • Strong attention to detail in handling client information, requests and documentation to avoid errors and ensure accuracy.
                • Dedicated to providing a positive client experience, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
                  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
                    • Strong organisational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
                      • Collaborative approach to work, contributing to a supportive and efficient team environment.
