**Sales Administrator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all administrative functions of the sales department including but not limited to: accounting, invoicing, order processing, inventory management, customer relations and communications with customers on phone and on whatsapp messages.
- Responsible for all administrative functions of the office including but not limited to: order entry, filing, taking phone calls, billing, whatsapp commuincation with customers.
- Responsible for all administrative functions of the office including but not limited to: Order Processing & invoicing.
- Responsible for all administrative functions of the office including but not limited to: communication with other departments e.g IT and CMS team.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
- Experience and knoweldge of social media marketing will be considered as an edge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £21,319.00-£22,163.00 per year

**Benefits**:
