- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfilment
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing the necessary information and resources
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional activities

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
- Must be able to speak Yoruba/Igbo /Hausa

**Salary**: £26,200.00-£27,111.26 per year
