**OVERVIEW OF THE POST**
Groundwork Greater Manchester is an environmental and social regeneration charity, and member of the national Federation of Groundwork Trusts, working through partnerships to deliver a greener more resilient city region with stronger, healthier communities, responsible businesses and enhanced prospects for all local people. We deliver programmes which:
- Facilitate the power of local communities to respond to the climate and nature emergency
- Create jobs and training, particularly within the green economy, to support unemployed adults
- Protect and improve landscapes and urban green space
- Build the skills and resilience of young people to be able to realise their potential
- Secure employment and develop new skills - with a focus on people with criminal convictions, young adults, care leavers and armed forces veterans
The main purpose of this role is to support the Homes Team delivery, working closely with the Homes Programme Manager to ensure that delivery is focused on achieving the Groundwork GM vision, facilitating learning across the programme area, ensuring consistency in programme delivery and exploring improvements to the way we work.
**ROLE & MAIN PURPOSES OF THE POST**
**Delivery**
- Will be responsible for triaging customers, ensuring all customers are attended to in time and within agreed timelines and sign posted to the right support as needed.
- Assist with customer contract signing across all projects.
- Carry out audit and client site inspections to domestic properties
**Business & Service Development**
- Support the Contract Manager with data gathering, analysis of performance and contract administration across a range of programmes.
- Attend meetings where necessary to present reports to stake holders.
- Provide support to the field teams daily routine and report on progress
- Must be willing to achieve a Level 3 in energy awareness within the first 3 months of employment.
- Use internal and external data of the Homes programmes to help inform service development and practice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,500.00-£26,523.00 per year
