**Communications and Marketing Coordinator (12 month fixed term maternity cover)**

We're looking for a **vibrant**, **passionate** and **creative** individual to join our Communications team. Is that you?

As a Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in communicating directly with our student body across our campuses in Chelmsford, Cambridge, London and Peterborough campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation through our communications strategy.
- What you will be doing_
- Supporting Students’ Union departments to create engaging, relevant and targeted communication to support the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Support internal teams on their communication needs for assigned projects throughout the year.
- Distributing posters and marketing materials across the Chelmsford campus, ensuring communications are always relevant and up to date.
- Undertaking research and analysis of communication data to inform the Union’s projects and strategies.

- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Ability to work on several projects at once
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail throughout all work

This role will be based at the Chelmsford Campus. Please note that travel to our Cambridge campus will be required on occasion.

ARUSU represents approximately 30,000 students at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) across campuses in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Peterborough and London. In addition, we provide a range of services; academic and welfare advice, support to students running societies and volunteering opportunities in and around the campuses. Whilst we play an important student representative role that sometimes sees us challenge the University, we work closely with them and support areas of delivery within their strategy.
