Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to support the Communications function and team.
- Coordinate receiving and responding to work requests within agreed timescales.
- Update social media posts and monitor comments, taking appropriate actions. Update internal and external website content.
- Manage all team mailboxes and distribution lists to ensure prompt responses.
- Maintain and manage the team's Digital Asset Management tool to ensure all images, assets, templates and guidelines are current, compliant and easily accessible.
- Manage the team's supplier framework to ensure it's up to date and delivers value for money.

You'll be able to evidence attainment of good literacy and numeracy, eg, through GCSEs or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable prior learning.
- Strong organisation and planning abilities including managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to interpret briefs and understand requirements.
- Understanding of research, evaluation methodology, and data analytics for marketing and communications.
