Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Experience in Microsoft Office is essential and experience in Xero is preferable although not essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter invoices and receipts on to Xero
- Reconcile banking on Xero
- Record invoices for each job
- Record Labour for each job
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Xero experience is preferable but not essential
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
**Salary**: From £13,609.00 per year
Schedule:
