Part Time Administrator

**The Company**
A rare part time opportunity to join an award-winning business in the centre of Thame, providing full admin and operational support to the Fleet Management Team.
**Offering working hours Mon - Fri of either 9.00 - 15.30 / 8.30 - 15.00 / 8.00 - 14.30, all with a 30 minute lunch break.**
**The Role**
This is a very busy role which you will need to learn quickly and 'on the job’. We are looking for someone who has strong admin skills aswel as able to use Excel to an intermediate level. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate excel, administrative and operational support to the fleet management team.
- To manage all fleet related queries from the field team, account teams and Fleet Management company.
- Ability to approach and resolve sensitive situations through effective written and verbal communication.
- Manage all vehicle movements.
- Recover vehicle damage costs from the driver.
- Assist in the preparation and production of presentation material and fleet feedback.
- Undertake additional Centralised Operational tasks or projects where required.
- Assisting the field team with expense queries.
- Checking of Fleet invoices.
**About You**
Whilst you do not necessarily need any Fleet exposure or experience, you must have strong admin skills and experience working within a fast paced team. Skills required:
- Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work on your own.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to deal with challenging phone calls.
**Other**
