**Part Time - 18.5 hours per week**

Are you a Life Coach with a passion to work in the community enabling others to unlock their potential?

If the answer is yes, Compass’ Wellbeing and Employability Coach may be the role for you. As Wellbeing and Employability Coach you will deliver coaching sessions to individuals who are experiencing poor health and unemployment. As part of our Employment Team, delivering our ‘Get Healthy Get Working’ programme you will work on a 1-1 and group basis, creating an environment to explore needs, motivations and thought processes, coaching individuals using proven models to support the setting and achievement of goals. You will also support people to access relevant services through appropriate signposting and referral.

The successful Wellbeing and Employability Coach will have;- Experience of developing 1-1 action plans
- Experience of working with clients who face multiple barriers to gaining employment
- Accredited coaching and or mentoring qualification or working towards accreditation
- Level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance or substantial experience
- An absolute commitment to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals
