Freelance Coach

As a free lance coach you have access to full use of Strength and Performance gym

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable and charismatic trainer to join Strength and Performance. As a free lance coach you have full access to use the gym and you have the capacity to grow your business in a top facility like S&P

**About Strength and Performance**: S&P is one of the first ‘warehouse’ gyms to start in the UK. We have adapted over the years to deliver a high end program design and community environment for members to come and achieve their results

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach and lead a group class in line with S&P standards and expectations
- Ensure all members get adequate attention during class and perform exercises safely by understanding their unique needs
- Daily upkeep of gym to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment
- Participate in in-studio and outdoor events, trainings and team meetings to keep up with upcoming activities and new workouts

**Experience and Skills**:

- Current and valid Level 3 Personal Training/Group Fitness certifications and valid First Aid/AED Certificates from a recognized provider.
- Additional certifications in nutrition, functional training, pre and post natal training will be a bonus.
- 2+ years of Personal/Group Training experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Coaching: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 PT (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
