We are seeking an experienced Employability Specialist to join our team at Ingeus UK. As an Employability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with complex needs to find and maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals via outreach and in-office sessions
  • Liaise with JobCentre Plus Work Coaches and external referral agents to drive referrals
  • Integrate with local community and health organizations to promote the Work and Health Programme
  • Facilitate welcome sessions, organize job fairs, and local events to drive referrals and job outcomes
  • Provide high-quality in-work support to participants, ensuring they have the necessary tools to remain in employment
  • Build and maintain relationships with local services to support participants' employability and wellbeing goals
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel across specified areas
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, such as physical or mental health conditions, criminal records, or care leavers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
