  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external information, advice, and guidance on general barriers to Self Employment, as well as specific support areas like tax, finance, and business planning.
  • Ensure participants have access to a range of workshops and tailored support, including health, mental health, transferable skills, job searching, CV writing, and interview skills.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Self Employment and the challenges participants may face.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with participants.
  • Ability to assess participants' suitability for Self Employment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and web-based programs.
  • Knowledge of the local labour market and stakeholders.
