Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to individuals via outreach and in-office sessions to help them overcome barriers to employment.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, JobCentre Plus, and voluntary sector services, to drive referrals to the Work and Health Programme.
- Work closely with JobCentre Plus Work Coaches and other referral agents to ensure seamless support for participants.
- Facilitate welcome sessions, organize job fairs, and local events to drive referrals and job outcomes.
- Provide high-quality in-work support to participants, ensuring they have the tools they need to remain in employment.
- Build and maintain relationships with community services to support participants in achieving their employability and wellbeing goals.
- Ability to travel across specified areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as those with physical or mental health conditions, or those with a criminal record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
