We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employability Specialist Advisor to join our team at Ingeus UK. As an Employability Specialist Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals via outreach and in-office sessions to help them overcome barriers to employment.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, JobCentre Plus, and voluntary sector services, to drive referrals to the Work and Health Programme.
  • Work closely with JobCentre Plus Work Coaches and other referral agents to ensure seamless support for participants.
  • Facilitate welcome sessions, organize job fairs, and local events to drive referrals and job outcomes.
  • Provide high-quality in-work support to participants, ensuring they have the tools they need to remain in employment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community services to support participants in achieving their employability and wellbeing goals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel across specified areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as those with physical or mental health conditions, or those with a criminal record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
