This is an ideal role for someone seeking to use and further develop their proactive customer service skills within a busy, dynamic environment in a growing and successful business.
- To offer excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- To assist with answering incoming calls and actioning them appropriately.
- To coordinate deliveries with a third-party delivery carrier using a bespoke portal.
- To be responsible for checking all delivery documentation and booking deliveries in with customers.
- To assist with ad hoc requests from Sales Colleagues
- To assist with cover for Colleagues during holidays and sickness across the sales and customer support department.
- To work as a team player within the sales and customer support department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Clear communicator with good telephone manner
- Customer focused
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to multi task and prioritise a varied workload in an effective manner
- Competent with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in a similar role

This is a full-time office-based position Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
