This exciting role would suit a customer focused professional with good experience of delivering excellent customer service from initial quotation to dispatch of the company's product range. Ideally my client is looking for someone who is able to coordinate from the initial sales order quotation, sales enquiry, order processing and sales admin to dispatch and ideally some export processes / documentation experience although the freight forwarding team will be there to assist in this role. A sales admin professional with experience providing excellent after sales service and /or technical advice to customers would be of interest. This role requires a driven and dynamic hard working customer service professional who can deal with a variety of tasks, react to jobs straightaway and likes to get stuck in and be hands on with all the departments. You must be a real people person with a good sense of urgency and a trouble shooter. This is a full time permanent position based in Oldham paying circa £25,000k -£30,000. The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and requires a punctual hard-working professional with a strong work ethic. This is a permanent site based role and not part time, hybrid, remote so you must be able to commute to the site on a daily basis.

Essential:

- Good experience of process orders, sales quotations, sales admin
- Experience in a similar role (sales admin, sales coordinator, aftersales, export) with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent customer service experience, excellent communication skills and excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of aftersales processes and systems experience
- Experience of using SAP or any similar systems
- Commutable to Oldham on a daily basis
- this is a site based role not remote/ hybrid

Desirable:

- Export experience - experience and knowledge of import / export processes
- experience and knowledge of import / export processes ideally
- Experience in a similar role eg Export Coordinator, Import Export admin, technical sales / after sales
- etc
- Experience and /or ability to manage after sales processes
- Export documentation knowledge - Letters of Credit, Certificate of Origin, ATR, EUR1 etc.
- Fluent in another European language as you will be dealing with European Customers and dealer sites (eg French German, Italian etc)

The key responsibilities of this Sales order customer service executive role are;
- Sales Order administration / Sales process documentation management ;
- From initial customer sales enquiry, providing info / technical support on product range (with support ad training) raising sales quotations, processing sales orders
- Supporting Sales teams; with adding sales order onto CRM system, market research, sales trends analysis, sales quotes
- After sales : Providing excellent after sales customer service, admin
- Export: Raising export documentation (with freight forwarders assistance) for international sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
