Responsibilities:

- Assist our workshop in identifying and purchasing the right parts for vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts orders
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Process parts returns and exchanges
- Organise and maintain the parts department to ensure efficiency

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of automotive parts
- Proficient in Excel: Ability to use spreadsheets for data entry and analysis
- Strong phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep track of inventory, orders, and paperwork
- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure order accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work within fast paced environments

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
