We are a well established camper conversion company that are looking to add a highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced social media ad manager to our close knit team.

Minimum 3 years Social ad campaigns (predominantly Facebook/Meta ads)

A high level of demonstrable expertise in maximizing ROAS

Adapt at creating audience targeting plans

Building campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager

Skill in writing ad copy

Experience in managing bids and budgets

Be able to report and analysing performance

Experience with Facebook/Tik Tok pixel and catalogue management

Keeping Account Manager’s updated on your activity and attending meetings as required

Design skills are not required

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads

Excellent spelling and grammar; due to ad copywriting forming a part of the role this is essential

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Naturally organised with good time management

Ability to work to your own initiative

Willing to learn, develop and contribute quickly

High attention to detail

Analytical mind; due to weekly reporting forming part of the role

Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload with a flexible approach to tasks

Good problem solver with a can-do attitude

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media ads strategies to increase conversions, develop brand awareness and boostengagement
Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and Tik Tok
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments.
Analyze social media data and metrics to make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Requirements**:
Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Expertise in multiple social media platforms and their different best practices
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

We are offering a very generous pay package with performance based bonuses for the right person. This role can be made available with an immediate start.

**Salary**: £34,167.00-£48,652.00 per year
