**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Responsible Business Team within Dentons UK, Ireland and the Middle East. Having recently set their responsible business goals for the next five years the team are looking for someone to work with both the Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager and Community Manager to deliver projects that enable us to make progress towards inclusion, diversity and charity fundraising goals.

**Responsibilities**

This is an interesting and varied role, key tasks include:

- Growing and executing projects across inclusion, diversity and community.
- Acting as the primary contact for our inclusion networks - supporting them in building their plans and ensuring activity is strategically aligned with the broader inclusion and diversity strategy.
- Coordinate and deliver internal and external events across inclusion, diversity and community e.g. guest speaker sessions, fundraising activity, and client-facing events.
- Analysing data and insight to measure the effectiveness of our programmes and impact of events, and for input into presentations and reports to senior leadership.
- Owning the relationship with office-based charity committees across UK and Ireland to shape and support the execution of fundraising plans.
- Developing an internal communications approach with our Responsible Business Comms Specialist to engage our colleagues on inclusion, diversity and community specifically.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Business Development teams to provide detailed responses to client requests and proposals and help to ensure client teams have up-to-date information on our programmes and progress.
- Work with the whole Responsible Business team to raise awareness of the firm-wide responsible business programme as a whole, collaborating on wider team projects when a one-team approach is needed to maximise impact.

**Required experience, skills, and attributes**
- An enthusiasm for inclusion, diversity, community and fundraising.
- Previous experience in an equivalent role, or in an Assistant role and ready to take that step to the next level.
- Open-minded and able to bring fresh thinking and new ideas to our plans.
- Key project management skills with prior experience in leading projects in this field, to time and cost.
- Delivers work to a high standard, paying close attention to detail.
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills, able to speak and write with clarity and professionalism.
- Proactive in driving work forward and creative in problem-solving.
- Both a strong team players, whilst also able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong data analytics and insight skills, with experience in using this to understand and present on progress, issues and opportunities.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and can adjust to changing priorities.
