Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable East Grinstead business who are currently in search of an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis for a period of 12 months.

Key duties:

- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Work with the Finance department to investigate and resolve payment queries
- Respond to all customers communications, both written and verbal, in a timely, efficient, and professional manner providing excellent levels of customer service to ensure repeat business
- Work with the contracting team to investigate and effectively resolve all customer complaints to mutual satisfaction within company guidelines. Ensure all issues are logged to allow for accurate reporting which contributes to continuous product improvement decisions
- Responsible for loading, maintaining, and updating the inhouse database
- Supporting the customer service team by answering their queries
- Reviewing, loading, and updating the product information stored on the Content Management System
- Helping the Operations Manager to plan and organise educational trips to enhance the team’s product knowledge
- Work with the Operations Manager and the Marketing team to edit and update marketing collateral such as brochures
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure effective and efficient distribution and completion of the daily operational workload
- Overseeing online customer feedback and reviews with an aim to utilise this information effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
- Logging, maintaining and monitoring health and safety data

Essential skills & experience required:

- Fluent in English. Additional European languages would be preferred (French / Spanish)
- Previous administration experience - Essential
- Strong people skills - friendly and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly numerate
- Drive and motivation - ambitious, dynamic, passionate, and driven - eager to progress and move things forward
- Excellent attention to detail
- Innovative thinker and creative problem solver
- Ability to deal with a wide range of tasks with conflicting priorities
- Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers in a variety of situations
