Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Group Community Manager - Technology & Media Solutions **to join the team.

Location: Sheffield or London Office with Hybrid Working (Anticipated Office based 2-3 days per week)

**Salary**: £45,000 Basic + Additional Package

**About The Company**:
Our client offers products and services to a range of private and public-sector customers, operating across the UK. Their head office is in Sheffield with a satellite office in London. The business has seen significant growth over recent years, with salesnow at £6m, and there’s a sustainable long-term growth plan in place. They are now looking to bring onboard a Group Community Manager to have oversight of a large segment of key industry customers and to build commercial partnerships.

The Group CommunityManager role has been created in order to further these relationships and you will be encouraged to develop and executive commercial strategies for key industry partners.

**Group Community Manager **- The Role:
As Group Community Manager, you will commercially & strategically own one of the company’s largest key customer segments across strategic partnerships. You will identify needs and drive maximum value for this audience to ensure partners remain and grow intostrong advocates of what the client organisation offers to the end-user (consumer). You will ensure this community of partners is engaged, informed, positive, excited, and motivated to talk about and use the products and services that our client organisationoffers.

There are over 30,000 customers in this segment who currently use the services so the onus will be on creating an engaged audience through multiple channels - Digital, Physical, Tele and F2F. Utilising Video, Media, Print and Training. There is a dedicatedin-house creative team and a Training Manager that can be utilised to support content creation. There will also be a focus needed on Product and Customer Experience, feeding into the Product Teams - to ensure the offering is fit for purpose and delivers maximumvalue.

**Group Community Manager **- Key Responsibilities:

- Take a proactive, commercial and customer / marketing-minded approach to building and developing the segment - understanding their needs and driving the value into them
- Create a multi-media strategy and plan of engagement through multiple channels and activities to drive key metrics of NPS and usage
- Think strategically and creatively about how to communicate with these customers - different forms of communication through different channels (Digital, Telephony, F2F/Training, Regular Comms, Webinars, Blogs, Events, Social Media). There will be use ofan in-house Creative and Media Team
- Develop partnerships with organisational bodies that directly engage these customers in order to communicate in through these channels
- Utilise the Shared Services Team (Marketing, Video, Creative, Product etc.) to create the right content
- Build up a regular contact strategy and narrative as a thought leader for this segment, understand their latest challenges and opportunities
- Identify and feed-in product and customer experience improvements to ensure the offering is perfect for these customers
- Effective use of in-house systems to record commercially relevant information and enable generation of relevant reporting

**Group Community Manager **- You:

- Previous experience of building and growing strategic B2B/B2C Relationships / Audiences in either a Community Manager, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Marketing or Partnerships role
- Proactive approach - ability to understand customer needs and create a strategy and a plan to meet those needs
- Ability to execute strategies across multiple forms of communication channels - Digital, Social, Print Media, F2F, Telephony
- Experience of team leadership/management
- Good communication skills - ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Able to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and varied role

You will have experience of working as a Group Community Manager, Community Manager, Partner Manager, Partner Marketing Manager, Partnerships Manager, Customer Success Manager, B2B Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Portfolio Account Manager, RelationshipManager or similar
