Trek Group consists of range of companies all linked to the automotive and transport industries.

As a Group we specialise in manufacturing equestrian and leisure vehicles, specialist blue light conversions, along with providing hire services across many transport sectors and having our own dealership network specialising in commercial sales and aftersales services.

Due to exponential growth, we are looking to appoint a **Group Dealer Principle** who will be responsible for overseeing the complete dealership network in Sheffield, Doncaster, Ledbury and Suffolk, with the main focus being delivering on individual overall strategy and bringing it in line with Group’s agenda. The role will be predominantly based in Sheffield, however travel between different site locations will be required.

We are looking for someone who is keen to make a difference and hungry to succeed - Steady Eddie's need not apply

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing the Dealership network and developing their strategy in line with Group’s agenda.
- Driving performance through maximising profits, cash-flow and customer relations through the dealership network.
- Establishing the use of Pinnacle which has recently been introduced.
- Conduct regular meetings with all individual Business Leaders to ensure the delivery of the business plan for each dealership.
- Ensuring good process and procedures are in place at all branches.
- Work with Business Leaders to ensure long term viability and future growth of each dealership.
- Maintain organisational charts for each dealership, define roles and responsibilities for new roles and enable accountability.
- Accountable for H&S, HR responsibilities and finance and enforce operating policies and standards.
- Executive Level liaison with the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Directly manging senior staff within the business.
- Controlling profit targets and monitoring trends for all dealerships.
- Direction of marketing team.

**KPI’s**:

- Achieve margin requirements set out by the CEO.
- Meet the targets of the forecasting process.
- Audit monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability.
- Timely reports to the CEO.

- Front line sales experience
- Key account success
- Excellent product and industry knowledge

- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum including bonus's depending on experience
