- **EQUANS is looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent, full time basis. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**
Smart Buildings are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support and management. A highly committed, customer focused, results driven individual will achieve great results in this demanding role.
**What will you deliver?**
**Office Admin**
- Experience of Microsoft Office (essential)
- Experience of Coupa and SAP (preferred but not essential)
- Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for staff
- Raising purchase orders, invoices and new projects.
- Raising R&D orders
- Purchasing materials with a purchase card and logging the transactions
- Logging staff timesheets
- Reception duties including, meeting and greeting clients, making drinks, opening the post, filing, answering the switchboard, distributing calls and dealing with telephone queries in a confident and professional manner
- Managing employees’ sickness
- Replenishing kitchen and stationery supplies
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches and parking for clients
- General office duties as requested
- Engineer diary planning
**Finance**
- Preparation of timesheet journal
- Preparation of Magellan accrual
- Preparation of Barclaycard journal
- Month end report sheets - CC and job summary
- Maintenance of P11d records
- Arranging for payment of non-Coupa suppliers
- Ad-hoc credit control duties
