Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, including reports and records.
- Identify areas for improvement in product quality and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior quality assurance analysts on best practices and quality standards.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure accurate measurements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
