We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Liverpool.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and landlord and tenant matters, with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality advice to clients on property management and landlord and tenant matters
  • Liaising with Building Managers & FM, service charge administration, property inspections, and setting up and data entry of new properties
  • Negotiation and provision of advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, covenants, and wider aspects of property management
  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management assessments
  • Liaison with legal advisors where necessary, lease completion, and engrossments

The successful candidate will also possess a high degree of commerciality and experience of business development with existing clients.
