**Quality Assurance Assistant**

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Compliance Team; reporting to the Compliance Manager you will lead, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve The 79th Group quality assurance processes and practice to ensure standards are always maintained against relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

You are to review and maintain all external and internal policies, procedures and processes. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and fulfilling internal and external audits, driving improvements throughout, to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- With the support of the Compliance Manager, have overall responsibility for internal and external audits
- Be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of robust quality management systems ensuring the company’s statutory, regulatory and contractual duties are fulfilled
- In collaboration with the Senior Management Team and the Compliance Manager be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures
- Ensure policies and procedures are developed and applied in a consistent manner across all departments
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to develop and improve internal processes
- To remain fully up to date with regulatory and legislative changes
- Be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the quality improvement plan ensuring it is always up to date
- To produce and present quality and compliance reports to the Senior Management Team and Compliance Manager
- Contribute to the company’s business strategy and improvement planning
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Compliance Manager
- Take part and contribute to management meetings
- Perform various general compliance administrative duties e.g., updating policy documentation, file creation, and inputting ongoing management information
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance

**Essential Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualification at undergraduate level or above
- Intermediate level MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Experience**
- Experience in fulfilling a similar role
- Using own initiative and working as part of a team
- MS Windows inc, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working to tight deadlines and under pressure

**Skills**
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be organised, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and be self-motivated
- Be able to use own initiative and hold strong decision making abilities
- Have strong presenting skills
- Ability to deal with high levels of data
- Proactive, positive attitude and enthusiastic team player
- Demonstrates problem solving abilities
- Ability to easily adapt to change
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate important information clearly and concisely to Senior Management Team

- An ability to maintain accurate up to date electronic and manual records

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
