**Overview**:
We are recruiting for a Reservations Agent on for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our friendly award-winning team in Burton and we're looking for a customer focussed individual who has the ability to work as part of a busy environment answering inbound calls to make pub and hotel reservations.

**Have you got what it takes?**
- You’ll work closely with all internal and external customers regarding pub and hotel reservations

**What you’ll bring to the table -**
- A friendly and confident manner with excellent telephone skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and to progress a number of queries simultaneously
- The ability to work well under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Intermediate IT and system skills
- The ability to work under their own initiative
- Reservations background and experience of working in hotels is an advantage but not essential
- A commitment to achieving and maintaining exemplary quality standards
