**Responsibilities of the Junior Roadshow Coordinator**:

- Ensure that all activities and Road Show duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules (in excel) for all type of roadshow.
- Book travel logistics - flights (commercial and private) cars, trains and accommodation.
- Research, price and manage booking of suitable venues across Europe and Asia for a range of group events.
- Responsible for the completion and filing of external pro forma meeting contracts on behalf of the company.
- Act as an ambassador for the company on site at London external events. Support busy colleagues with on-site event assistance at their events where required.
- Set up GICs and DealRoadshow slide presentations.
- Book virtual and physical meetings and send out calendar invitations (Teams, Webex).
- Point person for all internal contacts (Syndicate, Banking, Sales).
- Finalise all costs for Roadshow and ensure 100% reimbursement to the desk via Accounts Team. Accounts ensure Clients, entities and other banks are re-charged correctly and is in line company policies.
- Support US Roadshow desk when absent on vacation.
- Travel occasionally on Business or Training trips.
- Manage multiple projects autonomously, be able to prioritise between various tasks depending on deadlines.
- Experience working in high pressurised, fast paced banking environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken), strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing hotel/event contracts.
- Strong experience of C-Suite contact.
- Experience of collating costs and ensuring clarity for billing or re-charging to cost centres.
- Experience of overseas event knowledge and management.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Display dedication and prioritise problems by considering the impact on the business.

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
