**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Deal Roadshows**
- Managing end to end of a Deal Roadshow including working with various divisions within our client’s business on building, maintaining and distributing the schedule.
- Arranging travel/ accommodation, including flights (scheduled or private), cars, hotel bookings, etc. for the management team
- Liaising constantly with all parties involved (various internal divisions, other banks and the Client)
- Working with external roadshow organizers e.g. Imagination, Mediatree, B1, if appointed
- Sourcing, booking and liaising with venues/ suppliers
- Organizing audiovisual equipment requirements
- Reacting quickly to questions/ problems, offering proactive solutions and support

**Non Deal Activity**
- Managing end to end of a non deal activity including however not limited to NDRs, Roundtables, Field Trips and analyst marketing, working in conjunction with the client Corporate Access and Research teams to suggest & build itineraries, maintain & distribute schedules as required
- Being the logístical contact for management
- Organizing audiovisual equipment requirements
- Producing budgets and requesting spend approval, then closing these after the project
- Reacting quickly to questions/ problems, offering proactive solutions and support

**Conference 1:1 allocations **- when required
- Working with the Corporate Access team to manage Corporate and Investor 1 on 1 schedules.
- Onsite support of one on one schedules at conferences (may involve occasional travel overseas)

**QUALIFICATIONS, KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Extensive Deal and/or Non Roadshow experience
- Ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task in a fast, paced environment and be flexible with working hours
- Ability to maintain composure and flexible approach whilst working under extreme pressure
- To be confident, resourceful and proactive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to liaise with senior corporate clients and all levels of Capital Markets professionals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Discretion with confidential information
- Budgeting, cost control, rate negotiations, processing of invoices and reconciliation of roadshows
- Team-oriented: Ability to build relationships with the immediate team, regional counterparts, other service delivery groups within FIRST, the client environment and vendors. To be enthusiastic and motivated
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience providing administrative and logistics support for multiple senior managers in a professional services environment or the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of venues throughout the UK and Europe
- Experience in using scheduling tool i.e. Dealogic
