**Job Title**:Telesales Agent

**Location**: Manchester, City Centre

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £35,000+.

**Operating Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 10:00 - 14:00

Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Telesales Agent to join their Estate Planning department. This is a new role and you will be contacting customers through warm webleads and doing an inital fact-find before doing a Hotkey ovet to a closer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Doing outbound calls to potential customers that have registered and interest through the website
- Doing an inital fact find about how they want to proceed with their Estate, such as wills, trust and lasting power of attourney
- Processing a Hotkey or a callback for a closer to complete the rest of the sale and draft the customers paperwork
- _**(required) Have a minimum of 1 year of Estate Planning Lead Generator Experience**_
- Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone handling skills
- Excellent letter-writing skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong time management skills
- Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
- Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
- An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
